PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email at 5pm PST on the day that orders are shipped out.

Standard International Shipping is valid for orders as per below:
New Zealand – Free shipping for orders over $250 USD
United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Sweden – Free shipping for orders over $200 USD
$12.95 stands shipping for these orders in the United States is automatically applied during the checkout. This offer is not valid with Express International Shipping.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted – if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
